Working for KTV was an incredibly enjoyable and exhilarating experience, but it must be expressed that it was a hard one too. Working for KTV was not made hard by the experienced and credentialed student staff body who actively worked with us to make sure our film was made nor was it made hard by the connections and weight the KTV name had within Canterbury. It was hard because producing our film with KTV was a microcosm of what production in the film industry is really like. Our methods and shoots had to be rigorous and methodical and we had to do things - generally - by the book, we had to provide progress reports and offer transparency into how we were working and, looking back, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. It was hard-work but I wouldn't trade the experience I'll take away from it from the world.
